Fei Yannan Chen

Fei is a New Media Certificate candidate and a Telecommunication Arts and Speech Communications double major at The University of Georgia. Because of her interests in video production and new media, she tries to stay very involved with related organizations on campus, such as Di Gamma Kappa, NewsSource15, and CampusLife Technical Crew. During last summer, she interned with Soapbox Studios in Atlanta where she worked as production assistant on commercial shoots with the Atlanta Falcons and Georgia Power, assisted the editors with dubbing and blacking tapes, and attended music recording sessions. This upcoming summer, she has secured an internship with MTV in New York City where she will be working in the News and Documentary department. She has many experience with field filming, field audio, Final Cut Pro, Dreamweaver, Flash, and more. After graduating in Spring of 2011, she hopes to work for a television production, such as Modern Family, and be on her way to become a producer and a director.

Nicole Berube

Nicole Berube is a senior Advertising major at the University of Georgia and is working towards her certificate in the Institute of New Media. Nicole enjoys designing, working with photoshop & illustrator, daydreaming, watching baseball, and bookmarking tons of typography blogs. After classes, she maintains a part-time job as a veterinary technician and also tries to balance being an active musician in Athens, Georgia. She has a cat and a dog, their names are Nora and Willow. After graduation, she hopes to go to portfolio school in Atlanta for art direction. Eventually Nicole will either end up a cat lady, a part-time musician, and/or a creative at an advertising agency. Possibly somewhere in between.

Noah Ray

Noah Ray is a fourth year spanish major at the University of Georgia who is pursuing the new media certificate. His main interest is in digital music production and manipulation, but he is drawn towards all forms of digital creation and editing. He is in several bands and after graduating he hopes to teach English abroad as well as continue to produce music independently.
